Warranty conditions

All products are under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Policy

Dear SOCIETA Member

If any use, destruction, tearing or other conditions are detected in the product and if the product is not returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the product price will not be refunded. In addition, in cases that do not comply with the above conditions, we don't accept any returns.
