Which cargo companies do you work with? How Much Are the Shipping Costs, What is the Service Fee?

We work with UPS Cargo. Our shipping service is completely free inside the Turkey. If you’re in another company our shipping fee is: 25€. Likewise, we do not charge any fees for the products you return inside Turkey. The return fee belongs to the customer outside of Turkey.

What are your product return conditions, within how many business days can the products be sent to you? / How does the return and exchange process work?

You can return the product only if you receive damaged or opened packages. You must return the product together with the product invoice. We don't accept any returns rather then the conditions above.

I want to cancel my order, what can I do?

In accordance with consumer rights, you can use your right of withdrawal before your order is delivered to the cargo. For this, you should inform info@societafashion.com about your order or product that you want to cancel, before you are notified by e-mail that your order has been delivered to cargo. If your order has been delivered to cargo, you can use your right to return within 20 days in accordance with consumer protection law.
